***Reasons for Return and Refund:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and make it right if you receive:

  • Damaged or Defective Item
  • Incorrect Item

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. However, we regret that we cannot return the product because you want to change your mind. So please consider carefully before confirming purchase and payment.

***Eligibility for Return and Refund:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Within 10 Days: Return and refund must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return and refund.

  • Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hanatee.com@gmail.com
  • Shipping: the shipping cost will be free if we approved you will be free responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

***Exchange Process

  • Contact Customer Service: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to check product availability.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the exchange item has a different price, you will be responsible for any price difference.

***Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective.
